To a plenty life...
Generally, when someone says 'healthy life' we understand that it is essentially the absence of disease or the simple avoid of processed foods . However, a full and healthy life is the one that is autonomous and has a minimum of limitations which generates personal satisfaction , joy and optimism; favorable factors for its development , which also happens with adverse situations.
The human is essentially a bio-psycho-social being, therefore, for a healthy full development it needs a physical, mental and social balance, but if there is not, this has adverse consequences for the individual as different diseases that affect it. That´s why the habits of each person, related to how they carry out their nutrition, have much to do with these diseases that can suffer the rest of its life, so a proper nutrition is the fundamental base for a healthy life.

Nutrition:
It is the process of taking in food according to the organism needs and using it for growth, metabolism, and repair.

Alimentación:
Proceso mediante el cual los seres vivos consumen diferentes tipos de alimentos con el
objetivo de recibir los nutrientes necesarios para sobre vivir.
Estos nutrientes son los que nos dan energía y proveen al organismo vivo que sea de
aquellos elementos que requiere para vivir.
La alimentación es un proceso y una actividad esencial de los seres vivos, incorpora
nutrientes y energía para funcionar correctamente. Los alimentos pueden variar de
acuerdo al tipo de ser vivo.

Vida Saludable: Se entiende por vida saludable a aquella forma de vida en la cual la persona mantiene un armónico equilibrio en su dieta alimentaria, actividad física, intelectual, recreación (sobre todo al aire libre), descanso, higiene y paz espiritual.
